God's Storehouse Food Pantry will be closed when the Catskill Central School District is closed due to poor road conditions. The food pantry is also closed if Tuesday falls on January 1, July 4, or December 25.
Our team is taking all necessary actions to keep our volunteers and safe during this time.
When you arrive at the food pantry, please remain in your car and call 518-943-2709.
Our volunteers will do their best to customize your food order according to your needs and bring your food outside for you to load into your car.
POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
God's Storehouse Food Pantry will provide food assistance to residents of the Catskill School District up to once each calendar month.
Things to bring the first time that you visit God's Storehouse Food Pantry
Original Photo ID (required for each visit)
Proof of Address – rental receipt with recent date, current lease, utility bill or other piece of official mail. A license is not acceptable.
Original ID for each person in the household – Medical Insurance card, school records, letter from DSS,
Food Pantry use is limited to once in a calendar month.
Your information must be verified annually (or upon request).
Special circumstances will be decided by the Coordinator.
Once a year we will serve any household that is in need regardless of residence.
We understand that there are circumstances in which people cannot come to the food pantry themselves. In such cases, the food can be picked up by another person under the following conditions:
The recipient of the food must have already registered in person.
The person picking up the food must show the photo ID of the recipient of the food.
