Hope. In the current state of our world, how can we have hope? It seems that so much is out of our control, and we don’t know how to fix the problems around us and in us. Are you feeling at a loss for what to do? Where do you look for help? In the government? Will science fix our problems? How about just having enough money? Will your own abilities and ideas be enough? Don’t you have the feeling that there must be more? There is!

Hope in a world like ours must come from something, or Someone, outside of us. Even outside our world. That’s where God comes in.

Jesus loves you! Maybe you have heard that before, or maybe you have never heard the name of Jesus. My friend, God is real. He came to the earth as a man named Jesus, and His Spirit, the Holy Spirit, is now here on earth to reveal Himself to ALL those that genuinely want to know about Him. God says to humanity, “You will seek Me and find Me when you search for Me with all your heart” (Jeremiah 29:13).

And when Jesus reveals Himself to you, everything will change! The deepest longings of your heart can be met in that one important relationship.

God desires that your spiritual, emotional, and even physical needs will be met through Jesus and His church.
Here at Full Life Church it is our honor to serve you and bring Hope in the name of Jesus to you.
Spiritual
Humanity’s problem is that we are separated from God. In the first place of Creation, the Garden of Eden, we turned our back on God when we chose our own way over His ways. We have been choosing our own way ever since. You have too. The good news is God made a way for us to be in a relationship with him again. He sent His son Jesus to earth 2000 years ago to live a perfect life, sacrifice His life by dying on the cross to pay for our sins, and rise from the dead three days later. The Bible says if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and you believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved (Romans 10:9). Saved from the penalties of our sin, saved from hopelessness, and made new by God’s Spirit that has come to live inside of you. (2 Corinthians 5:17) We are born again when we admit that we have done wrong and want to do things His way instead of ours, and proclaim by faith that Jesus is Lord. Ask God to reveal Himself to you. He will.

Emotional
If you are feeling sad, angry, fearful, lonely, depressed, confused, or hopeless, there is hope in Jesus. When God comes to live inside of you, and you are born again, your emotions will be transformed. Everything might not change right away, but you will have Hope! God makes it clear that He is a God of Hope and Love. Everything your soul craves can be satisfied in relationship with Him. In God’s Presence there is fullness of joy, and His loving Kindness supports us and calms our anxiety (Psalm 16:11, and 94:18-19). God tells us not to look back at our past but instead to focus on a new life with Him (Philippians 3:13).
